Nature's Sunshine Maca

Maca has been said for centuries to boost libido.

This is a perennial plant that comes from the cruciferous family, such as brassica (mustard green) and kale.  Scientific studies have been done in 2002 to validify that claim.  Maca is known for increasing testosterone levels, support erectile dysfunction, increase muscle performance, and improves memory. Not only has maca known to increase sex drive, but it is also known as an adaptogen.  An adaptogen is a substance that helps the body to handle stress.  A clinical trial done in 2002 revealed that men self-reported that their sex drive had increased after taking maca for eight weeks (Zielinski, 2021).

Maca may help improve mood and blood pressure too!

A cross study done on 29 postmenopausal women in Hong Kong found that maca improved depression and decrease their blood pressure. (“Maca reduces blood pressure and depression, in a pilot study in postmenopausal women,” 2014).

So, if you are having problem in the bedroom.  Think about whether maca is right for you.
